Isaiah Carter (he/him) is a New York City-based creative director and the founder of Natal Space, an independent production company working across film, television, and digital.

Previously, he led global product strategy at Peacock, where his work drove subscription revenue; shaped audience and brand campaigns at Spotify, including a campaign featured in Ad Age; and worked with Under Rep, a creative membership community for photographers, models, stylists, designers, and producers in NYC.

Isaiah also created Spotlight Prep, an AI-powered interview practice tool, and continues to work as a filmmaker with credits including Kinfolk, Borrowed Time, and Lonely Hearts.
