Natal Space Horror Comedy CHAINS OF THE DEAD Completes Development, Now Festival Ready

NEW YORK / LONDON, July 2026. Natal Space announced today that CHAINS OF THE DEAD, a horror comedy written by founder Isaiah Carter, has completed development and is now festival-ready.

‍ ‍

Set in South London, CHAINS OF THE DEAD begins when rap icon Phantom dies mid-tour and his legacy becomes a goldmine for everyone but him. The film uses the language of horror and comedy to examine the music industry and the commodification of Black artistry.

‍ ‍

The project is positioned within the tradition of genre films that carry sharp social commentary, and Natal Space is preparing submissions to screenplay competitions and festival development programs in the UK and US.
